What is the deadline for placing an order online to guarantee same day delivery?

All orders must be placed by 12:00pm Monday-Friday (AEST) and by 11am (AEST) on Saturdays to guarantee same day delivery. Avanti florist is closed on Sundays and public holidays, Any orders placed online after 12:00pm will be processed on the next business day.

Do you call the recipient before delivery?

You can request us to call the recipient prior to delivery by making a note in the 'Comments/Questions' section of our online form.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home at time of delivery, The flowers/gift will be left at the front/back door if our experienced couriers deem it safe to do so.

What happens if the delivery address supplied is incorrect?

Avanti florist will attempt to correct the address supplied by the customer, However charges may apply for re-delivery. If the flowers are delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer and flowers are not recovered, Avanti florist can not accept responsibility for such loss. The customer is obliged to supply the correct details at time of ordering
